As part o f the project “Youth Empowerment and Employability Strengthening – YEES”, co-
funded by the EU through the Erasmus + Programme, implemented by 6 partner organizations;
Balkan Development Centre from Serbia, Mobility Friends from Portugal and Active Youth from
Lithuania, NGO Ekvivalent and Cultural Centre Homer from Montenegro and Greenways from
Bosnia and Herzegovina; the Mobility in Montenegro – Testing of Training Module \u2013 Active
Employment Search was successfully conducted. The 7 day mobility was organized in
Podgorica, Montenegro from 22 th \u2013 26 th October, 2022.
40 youth and youth workers participated in the testing of the training module created within
the project. The training should contribute to reaching the project objective which is: to
contribute to strengthening skills and competencies of youth workers, young people and
vulnerable groups to increase youth employability and increase their involvement in the
democratic life.
The combination of work and pleasure enabled participants to visit beautiful Adriatic seaside
and historic towns of Perast, Kotor, Bar and historic places such as Cetinje, the fascinating
monastery of Ostrog the beautiful mountain of \u017dabljak and many other interesting sites to
experience the culture of food and customs in different parts of the country during the free time.
During 2023, trainings for youth will be organized on the topics of Project Management,
Personal Competencies, Entrepreneurship and Youth Empowerment and Active Employment
Search for youth and youth workers in SRB, MNE and BiH.
It has been a wonderful experience so far, we look forward to transferring the knowledge to the
target groups at the local level.
