Mobility in Bosnia and Herzegovina – Testing training modules
As part o f the project “Youth Empowerment and Employability Strengthening – YEES”, co-funded by the EU through the Erasmus + Programme, implemented by 6 partner organizations; Balkan Development Centre from Serbia, Mobility Friends from Portugal and Active Youth from Lithuania, NGO Ekvivalent and Cultural Centre Homer from Montenegro and Greenways from Bosnia and Herzegovina; the Mobility in Bosnia and Herzegovina – Testing of Training Module – Entrepreneurship and Youth Empowerment was successfully conducted. The 7 day mobility was organizedin BiH from 22th – 28th September, 2022.
40 youth and youth workers participated in the testing of the training module created within the project. The training should contribute to reaching the project objective which is: to contribute to strengthening skills and competencies of youth workers, young people and vulnerable groups to increase youth employability and increase their involvement in the democratic life.
Naturally, free time was used to visit the exquisite nature and cultural sites of BiH; from the sources of rivers Pliva and Sana, Basčarsija in Sarajevo, the city of Jajce, islands on the river Janj, and others.
The next training will be organized in Montenegro in October. The topic will be Active Employment Search with focus on employment of persons with disabilities.
