by As part o f the project “Youth Empowerment and Employability Strengthening – YEES”, the Mobility in Serbia – Testing of Training Modules – Project Management and Personal Competencies was successfully was organizedin Vrnjacka Banja, Serbia from 25th – 31st August 2022.
50 youth and youth workers from partner organizations from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Lithuania, Portugal and Serbia had the opportunity to participate in the testing of two training modules created within the project. The first 4 days were devoted to Project Management during which they learned about PCM and project proposal preparation, and remaining 3 days to developing Personal Competencies.
In addition to the trainings, the participants had the opportunity to become familiar with interesting places and sites in the region. Excursions were organized to visit Nis, Soko Banja, Studenica and Zica during which local specialities were served and local customs presented.
The trainings are the first of several which should contribute to reaching the project objective which is to contribute to strengthening skills and competencies of youth workers, young people and vulnerable groups to increase youth employability and increase their involvement in the democratic life.
The next training will be organized in Bosnia and Herzegovina in September. The topic will be Entrepreneurship and Youth Empowerment.
