by On January 29th and 30th, 2022, the initial project Kick-Off Meeting was organized for the Erasmus+ co-funded project ˝Youth Empowerment and Employability Strengthening – YEES!˝ was organized in Kraljevo, Serbia.The project brings together 6 partner organizations from 5 countries: Serbia (Balkan Development Center), Bosnia and Herzegovina (Association Greenways), Montenegro (NGO Ekvivalent and Cultural Center Homer), Portugal (Mobility Friends) and Lithuania (Active Youth).The Kick-Off Meeting was an opportunity to set a strong foundation for smooth project implementation. All implementation rules and roles were defined and tasks distributed; MOUs were signed between partners; Detailed implementation planning, activities preparation and execution, regulation, monitoring and evaluation and closure as well as the guidance of the project team’s operations towards achieving all the defined objectives within the set scope, time, quality and budget standards were defined.An efficient project management structure, good communication and joint views are a good sign that the project will be successfully implemented.We look forward to the next two years of working together, exchanging experiences and contributing to improving the lives of our youth.
